You are responsible for your own performance/shows. This includes all customer communication, booking the show, performing the show, billing the customer, collecting your show fee, and any liability for damage that may occur during your performance/show.
Monty's Magic does guarantee the quality or anything related to your performance/show. Monty's Magic is only providing a listing and promoting service.
1. You must be signed up as a wizard on montysmagic.com to get listed.
2. Listing are FREE for qualified magicians. They can be upgraded to a paid listing to get a better ranking in the BAM list.
There are two types of rankings that determine your position in the BAM list. Below is a list that shows how Monty's Magic will determine the position you get in the BAM list. Magicians at the top of this list will get the best position on the BAM list.
1. You can pay any amount.
2. The more you pay, the better your position in the BAM list will be.
1. You must be signed up on the website.
2. Your BAM position is determined by your wizard level. Higher wizard levels will get a higher BAM position.
To qualify, you must be signed up on montysmagic.com and have met at least tow of the requirements listed below.
1. Have a wizard level of at least 25.
2. Be an active member of either the IBM or SAM magic society.
3. Have a webpage devoted to magic.
4. Have an active Facebook fan page devoted to magic.
5. Have a YouTube channel that is dedicated to magic.
6. Have a business location devoted to magic.
7. Prove that you have performed at least one paid show within the last three months.
8. Provide a link to advertising you have done promoting your show or magic in general.
